I'm a born and raised Canadian. I've lived and worked in both Canada and the USA. Work has taken me to many western democracies -- all of which have important things to add to world political culture.
My agenda, if you wish to call it that, is to voice my opinions and offer them up for wider consideration. Hopefully I'll be able to offer a unique and personal point of view instead of the usual talking points we hear so often. If I'm lucky perhaps that might even be worthy of discussion.
At times, when Twitter is not over capacity, you can find me there. If you frequent Facebook you can visit the Canada II page (well, probably not worth a visit there at this point).
I consider myself a modern socialist. I understand the efficiency of free market capitalism but at the same time understand the risks to society and democracy that it brings with it.
